Wedding Photography — Questions & Answers – For couples who expect more than just beautiful photos: by: kpaprocki.ie

Luxury wedding photographer based in Ireland, documenting refined celebrations across Europe.

Choosing your wedding photographer is a deeply personal decision. Long after the flowers fade and the music quiets, your photographs remain — carrying the emotion, atmosphere, and story of your day.

This guide answers the most common questions I receive, offering clarity and peace of mind as you plan your wedding.

How far in advance should I enquire?

Most couples I work with secure their date 12–24 months in advance, particularly for peak season weddings in Ireland and across Europe.

I intentionally take on a limited number of celebrations each year to ensure a highly personal and focused experience.

If your date is sooner, you’re always welcome to reach out — occasionally, there is availability.

What defines your approach to wedding photography?

My work is built on the balance between editorial elegance and honest storytelling.

I am drawn to:

natural light
refined composition
genuine, unscripted emotion

The result is imagery that feels effortless, yet deeply considered — photographs that remain relevant long after trends fade.

Will you guide us, or document the day as it unfolds?

Both — with intention.

Throughout most of the day, I work discreetly, allowing moments to happen naturally.
When it comes to portraits or key moments, I offer gentle direction to ensure you look your best without ever feeling staged.

This balance is what creates images that feel both natural and elevated.

We feel uncomfortable in front of the camera — is that a concern?

Not at all.

In fact, many of my couples begin this way.
You don’t need to know how to pose — my role is to create an environment where you feel at ease, present, and connected. From there, everything falls into place naturally.

How many images will we receive?

Each wedding is curated individually, however you can expect:

approximately 500–800 photographs
carefully selected and edited
delivered as a cohesive story

I focus on delivering a collection that feels complete — without unnecessary repetition.

When will we receive our photos?

A preview is delivered within days.

Your full gallery arrives within 6–8 weeks, carefully edited and ready to be experienced as a complete story.

Do you travel?

Yes — I photograph weddings throughout Ireland and across Europe.

Whether you’re planning a destination celebration or an intimate gathering, I am available to document your story wherever it takes place.

Do you offer albums and prints?

Yes — and they are an essential part of the experience.

I offer:

handcrafted fine art albums
museum-grade prints
bespoke wall collections

These are designed to exist beyond screens — as physical heirlooms.

How do you ensure our photographs are safe?

I operate with full professional redundancy:

dual camera systems
backup equipment
multiple data storage workflows
full Insurance

Your memories are protected at every stage.

How do we book?

Enquire via contact form
Short consultation
Contract + booking fee done by bookign portal

From there, everything is guided with clarity and ease.

A final note

Photography is not just about how your wedding looked — but how it felt.

If you connect with this approach, I would be honoured to document your story.

“I take on a limited number of weddings each year to ensure every couple receives a truly personal experience.”
